Cold pressed virgin oil
Many people know the benefits of using coconut oil in cooking. If virgin coconut oil is made using the ‘cold pressed’ method, it becomes healthier. You can also use two spoons in salad. Many people wake up in the morning and eat two spoons of coconut oil on an empty stomach. It helps in shedding body fat.
