Foods to eat for deep sleep

When tiredness surrounds you from all day’s work, a deep sleep can solve it. But an irregular lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits never allow one to sleep at the right time. The problem of insomnia increases as the night progresses.

Celebrity nutritionist Lovelin Batra gave the right instructions on how to get out of such a situation. Recently, he mentioned five effective foods that can cure insomnia on his Instagram.

1. Ashwagandha: Ashwagandha works great in insomnia. Its main active ingredient is withanolide, which can promote sleep with the ability to reduce stress. In addition, it contains triethylene glycol, which is considered an effective sleep aid. So you can eat it 30 minutes before going to sleep for a good night sleep.

2. Chamomile tea: Chamomile tea can be drunk to relieve sleep problems. This tea is full of antioxidants and choco-apigenin. These substances can improve sleep by binding to receptors in the brain. So you can drink this tea regularly.

3. Almonds: Almonds also work well for deep sleep. The fiber and fat in it help prevent chronic diseases. Almonds are a good source of magnesium, which is needed to regulate the sleep-promoting melatonin. Apart from that, magnesium also relaxes the muscles. So you can keep almonds in your diet to get fast sleep.

4. Pumpkin seeds: Pumpkin seeds, also known as pepitas. It contains tryptophan as well as zinc in abundance. Both of these ingredients increase tryptophan, the serotonin component in the brain. So you can use pumpkin seeds to overcome insomnia.

5. Nutmeg Milk: Drinking a full glass of milk with nutmeg improves the sleep condition a lot. Because tryptophan in milk is an essential amino acid. It helps in increasing the level of serotonin and melatonin in the body which helps to induce sleep quickly.
